1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns on full-priced items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Items received as part of a promotion, gift bundle, or with any free item

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

If your order included any free gift or promotional item, the entire order is non-refundable. This includes “buy one, get one free” offers, limited-time bundles, or any promotional giveaways.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sanovauk@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and resolve the case with a suitable action (such as a replacement or store credit, where applicable).

4. Return Process

To request a return, contact us at sanovauk@outlook.com with your order details. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is confirmed to be faulty.

5. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
